Julian joined Ampetronic in 2004 to strengthen the management team while Ampetronic expands rapidly into new markets. Julian is an Engineering graduate from Cambridge University and has an MBA from INSEAD.

Leon is the founder of Ampetronic, having pioneered many new technologies and applications for induction loop systems. A passionate believer in providing equality of access to high quality services, Leon has made a major impact on the adoption of high quality assistive listening solutions in the UK and around the world. Leon continues to innovate and contribute to development of legislation and best practice around the world.
